231 // Imagined Futures Part One: What If Aliens Never Happened?
Monday Dec 18, 2023
Monday Dec 18, 2023
What if Aliens was never made? That's the question that starts off our final episode and roundtable of the year. Join the entire team at Perfect Organism Podcast as we sit down to talk about the future of Alien if Aliens had never been made. Believe us when we say, this was a challenging topic. James Cameron's Aliens is the defining film of the Alien saga, so coming up with ideas about what a future story could look like was a bit of an adventure. We hope you all enjoy this episode and thank you so much for supporting us throughout the years. We look forward to returning in 2024 with a continuation in a couple of our ongoing series, new content and fantastic coverage.
Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas for those who celebrate!

Alien drone who is physically tilting the humans head into the opening petals of the ovomorph so that the face-hugger attaches without any resistance. Which proves the Aliens are extremely smart, discipline and driven Biological species with purpose and intent. A total Apex predator with a focus purpose.

We also know that the growing embryos inside the human hosts absorb and assimilate the strongest biological traits of the hosts which makes them unique from one another and ensures only the very best traits biologically survived and are passed down genetically to future generations. In the book Alien Infiltrator there is Alien drones physically taking charge of their human captives and putting an ovomorph in front of them and behind the human there is an Alien drone who is physically

These initial drones are feed a form of royal gelly which helps change the metamorphosis of the growing larvae into the drones. In the Alien universe we know the Queens select certain drones which we know live close to the center of the hive and feed them with this royal gelly which changes them into Pretorians. Which are some tough and big Aliens which their whole purpose is to guard the Queen once the hive reaches a certain number of members.

One of the things I have always LOVED about Alien is its symbiotic relationship with the biology of the Xenomorph. I love the analogy of the Alien hive to that of the ants or bees. I know in an ant colony the future queens hatch during the early stages of spring and these are ants we see with wings; the leave the hive were they are born to form future hives of their species . The first eggs that they lay are of drones to help her build the new hive and begin taking care of her.

We here at Perfect Organism Podcast absolutely LOVE Aliens. It’s a masterpiece. This ‘true fans’ business is a strange thing to say. Can we not imagine a different scenario after Alien and not be condemned for it?
